Nicola Wilson

Lead Administrator

Nicola has been passionate about business since she was 16, knowing early on that it was the career path she wanted to pursue. She began her professional journey as an Administrator in the property sector, following the completion of a Level 3 Business Administration course. Over six years in this role, she developed and refined a strong set of practical skills.

After the birth of her son, Nicola decided to pause her career to support her growing family. As she prepared to re-enter the workforce after several years, she felt both uncertain and apprehensive about how her employment gap might affect her options. However, when she learned about a voluntary Administration position with the NI Creativity Centre, she saw it as a great way to transition back into the business sector.
Nicola is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her youngest son. Upon her return, she will step into the role of Lead Administrator, eager to dive back into her career with fresh energy. She’s excited to not only deepen her business knowledge but also broaden her skills through this role. Her goal is to advance into a senior financial position at the NI Creativity Centre, building the experience and expertise she needs to achieve this. Nicola looks forward to contributing to the team and growing professionally in the years to come.
