She brings a wealth of expertise across multiple areas of business, with a particular emphasis on the creative sector. With over 10 years of experience in Creative Training and Recruitment, Emma combines her passion for encouraging self-expression with a natural ability to connect with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
As a Creative Visionary, Emma offers a unique perspective on Training and Business. Her forward-thinking, innovative approach inspires others to develop new solutions that support growth and drive positive change.
Over the course of her career, Emma has worked alongside many of Northern Ireland’s top creative professionals, creating hundreds of entry pathways and broadening local opportunities for individuals eager to develop their skills in this vibrant sector. In 2021, she established the NI Creativity Centre, dedicated to fostering a collaborative network that champions creativity as a driving force for community growth and development.
As a mentor in the Exploring Enterprise Programme, Emma guides aspiring entrepreneurs in exploring and growing their business ideas. Through creativity, self-expression, and a focus on mindset, she aims to revitalise communities by building an inclusive platform and network that empowers each individual to discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
